Hello everyone! So everybody and their brother is talking about all of the great new products at the drugstore right now! I was able to get my hands on a few things, but my drugstore did not have a lot of the products on my list 😦 So I will show you what I did manage to get! Some of these products I have used, and some I have not, so this will not be much of a review, but rather a look at what I got!
Wet N’ Wild 1 Step WonderGel Nail Polish – I got this because it is supposed to be a gel-looking polish that does not require a UV lamp. And it was less than $5. I decided to only get one for now to see if I like the formula. How pretty is the color?! And I kind of love the name 😉
Wet N’ Wild Illumi-naughty Highlighting and Concealing Pen – (can’t find this online, but found at Walgreens). I currently use the L’Oreal Lumi Concealer but am almost out and thought I would try this one for a third of the price! I have not had a change to try it out yet, but I have high hopes!
L’Oreal Brow Stylist Plumper Brow Gel – The only brow gel I have ever used is the Benefit Gimme Brow (which I LOVE), but it is quite pricey for such a small tube! So I wanted to try a drugstore brow gel, and I thought I’d give this one a go! The wand and brush are much bigger than the Benefit brow gel, but it still works. The color is a good match and it stays put ALL DAY. Only downside is that it has a bit of that hairspray/crispy feel, where the Benefit Gimme Brow doesn’t 😦
L’Oreal True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation – Ok, so many brands are coming out with a version of this, and it looks to interesting to pass up! I have used it once and my first impression is that I kind of like it. The cushion part is quite unique and it is pretty easy to apply with the provided applicator. I like that it gives a medium coverage and makes my skin look nice and luminous. Only thing I’m not sure of yet is lasting power. Will have to try it out some more!
Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color – So we all know that liquid lipsticks made it big in 2015. I had never tried a drugstore version of these, so I thought I’d try this one out. After only using once, I can see that it is not at all like the high-end liquid lipsticks. It does not dry totally matte, but feels velvety and creamy. It also is not stay-proof like some liquid lipsticks are. However, I do love the color and I still like this product, just not as a liquid lipstick!
That’s all for my little haul! Let me know if you have found anything new at the drugstore that I need to check out 😉
❤ Rylie

I have been wanting to get my hands on these items as well! Hopefully this time around I’ll get lucky and they’ll be available. That polish though, it looks amazing!

Ooh so neat that WnW came out with their own highlighting pen!
And wow, L’Oreal has a cushion foundation too! I saw MAC has their own now. I guess Korean makeup is really mainstream now.
Looking forward to seeing reviews / follow ups on these!

Yes, I am really hoping the highlighting pen is as good as my L’Oreal one! I’ve been seeing a ton of brands with the cushion foundation…its everywhere!

I like the nail polish. The cushion foundation. Looks interesting but I don’t think my oily/combo skin would like it.

Yeah, I’m not sure how this would wear on someone with oily skin. I have extremely dry skin right now, so I can’t really attest to that.

Thanks! My local drugstores really didn’t have a ton of what I wanted, so I’m hoping I’ll start to see them soon!

I’m so jealous when people find the new products right when they’re released and I feel like I have to wait months!! Ha ha glad you were able to find some!
